We understand that sometimes your ali might not be quite right, so if the item is unopened and in the same condition as when it was delivered then simply get in touch via our contact page to arrange a return. Return postage cost is refunded to the customer responsibility, unless in the event of a damaged item being received.

Returning your parts order is easy!
To return your individual pieces, just message us. We’ll give you some instructions on how to return the parts to us and we’ll email you a returns label.

Once you’ve printed your return label, attach it to the front of the parcel before sending it to us from any post office. Please make sure the return label completely covers the original address on the parcel. Once we receive the parcel, we’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.

Keep in mind that we don’t accept partial returns on parts orders so you’ll need to return all the pieces at the same time

Wrong or damaged orders

We try hard to make sure all orders are perfect and we’re sorry if part of your order was damaged or you received the wrong item!

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
